Household Waste Site Customer Feedback
Aims:
Worcestershire County Council want to learn about what you think about the level of service provided at household waste sites and, where possible, improve them
We want to encourage residents to bring more material to the household waste sites that can be re-used, recycled or composted. Both Councils are undertaking customer satisfaction surveys, both on site and online, to better understand where improvements can be made.
