This survey is aimed at parents of under 5's in Buckinghamshire. We want to find out your opinions on children's centres, if you use them and if you don't, why you don't. We shall produce a satisfaction score for the 35 children's centres in Bucks and inform their business plans for 11/12.
From the results we will be able to make improvements to the service and/or individual centres, based on what parents want.
The county currently has ten household waste recycling centres (HWRC). As the management and transport contract is due to expire we are carrying out a consultation process to understand residents' views on our HWRCs so that we can develop the service we offer as part of the new contract.
We are aiming to find out what services are currently used at the HWRCs. Results will be used to inform the service level decision-making process, prior to a procurement process starting for the new HWRC management and transport contract
