This survey is aimed at evaluating what people think about the impact of the advertisement which discusses the effects of alcohol on a persons health and would welcome your views about the impact of the clip and whether it will encourage further thinking about levels of alcohol consumption.

In the first instance, the survey will direct you to the video which is on another website. Please note you will need speakers/sound card to be able to review the video clip.
