Deployment

  • A successful deployment is key to the future success of the system.  We provide advice, guidance and support based on a history of successful implementation
  • We provide a draft implementation plan that we agree with you and turn into a deployment schedule
  • We provide example metadata and implement what you need
  • We work with you to populate the system with recent data so that training of your key administrators is meaningful and immediate
  • We train your key administrators to manage the content of the system and train others
  • Our software is styled to integrate seamlessly with your intranet and web site

Support

Our software comes with a free support and maintenance contract during the first year, giving you
  • Up to 40 hours help desk support for your administrators
  • Free access to software upgrades
  • Free maintenance of any error correction that may be necessary

For your continued peace of mind, we advise and encourage annual renewal of the support contract, giving you continued access to support and maintenance. 

User group

Your support contract brings you free membership of our User Group.  The group meets quarterly and helps guide the future development of the product.

Client Zone

Our new web site has a Client Zone where you will be able to
  • Discuss issues with us and with other clients
  • Suggest changes to the software
  • View prototypes of software enhancements
