The level of help desk support is based on an annual Service Level Agreement, to the level of service you require. We offer three main levels of service – Bronze, Silver and Gold – varying in the number of hours of support per year and the response times you require.
By signing up to a Service Level Agreement, you are assured of help desk support for your administrators and technical staff, free software maintenance and free software upgrades.
